COMPLAIN!!!
last Saturday, my family and I went to the bottle tree restaurant at Sembawang. my mum ate a few spoonful of rice and found a crushed tissue paper in it...
1st staff--> we change the bowl of rice.
--> No we would like to see your manager. The staff said the manager is not here, he is a the Yishun side as our restaurant is small, manager seldom come here... Fine, how about someone incharge? Their reply was that the Captain were busy. WTH!!! blah blah blah blah... we request them to call the manager.. the manager say he will give me an answer regard how it happen. we get 20% discount.. End up we still eat Mc as we stop eating the rice.
The manager get back to me on Monday, he say he will e-mail to me as he is going down to the restaurant that day and the staff will give him a report of the incident.
I am not very statisfied to the reply i received, hence I wrote a 300 word e-mail ... how i wish i am able to write the length for my report.. :(
GUESS What, he reply me and offer me a $50/- voucher.
